Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable regions, costs, and timeframes will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

  • Delivery location

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only.

Delivery timeframes may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Circumstances outside our control

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take time to appear after dispatch.


Authority to Leave

If you select authority to leave, delivery is made at your risk.

GT Street Pty Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once an order has been delivered as per the courier’s confirmation.


Incorrect Address Details

You are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact support@gtstreet.au.

We will assist with enquiries lodged with the courier; however, once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the packaging and contents immediately

  • Contact support@gtstreet.au as soon as possible

Claims may require evidence for assessment by the courier or insurer.


Risk and Title

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
